”IT’S CHRISTMAS and I’m in Jerusalem. And already I feel awkward. “ So begins Andrew Bolt’s Christmas epiphany. For Bolt the question is, “Where should I go for Christmas? Why, Israel of course!”
And then he has the gall to disparage any notion that he’s a neoconservative.
“It seems an amazing co-incidence that three great religions should all think parts of Israel holy to them, and that two should have been born in a country so tiny that you could fit it into Tasmania four times over.
But what is truly amazing is that it’s actually no coincidence at all. It’s nothing at all to do with something spiritual in the water, of which there’s so little that the Jordon River seems more like a creek.
It’s really the birthplace of just one religion, Judaism. But so short is the world of good ideas that the best seem to spread.
Christians were really just one of the many branches of Jewish faith, like the sect that hid the Dead Sea Scrolls in the hills overlooking the Dead Sea,
Jesus was a Jew, and the early Christians met in the network of synagogues scattered throughout the Roman Empire, where one in 12 citizens were Jewish. It took St Paul to start nudging this Jewish faith into something very distinctive.
And when Muhammad decided to invent a religion of his own, he looked at what had worked best in his part of the world and pinched from both.”
So, Christianity is just “one of the many branches of Jewish faith” who for some mad crazy reason call themselves Christians rather than Jews. After all, “Jesus was a Jew”, right? “early Christians met in the network of synagogues” that were being persecuted by Jews, like Paul. What? Jews persecuting Jews? Why did they do that since these were all just Jews? And I’d have to check this factoid about Christians hiding out in synagogues. Sounds rather bizarre to me.
And what’s this, it took a Jew who persecuted Christians, and then converted to this Jewish branch called Christianity, to make Christianity? So Christianity, named after Christ the Son of God who died and rose from the dead (all tenets of the Jewish faith according to Bolt) was totally Jewish until Paul came along. Does Bolt even understand what the Pharisees represented in the Bible or what Talmudic Judaism is today, or the fusion of Paganism, Greek philosophy and Roman law into what is the #1 universal Christian faith that is Catholicism?
Why on earth did “the Jews” (who were Pharisees, since it must be spelled out it seems) kill Christ, if he was a Jew doing Jewish things? Could it possibly be that modern Judaism extends from the Pharisaical and Talmudic Jews, none of which or whom have anything whatsoever to do with Christianity?
And, not that I necessarily want to defend Islam, but what evidence does Bolt have that “Muhammad decided to invent a religion of his own”? Could it be possible that Muhammad had revelations that had nothing at all to do with Judaism nor Christianity? Is it possible to consider that Islam is not a cynical rational decision to combat Judaism nor Christianity, and is in fact a genuine religious outpouring?
Is Bolt, the self proclaimed agnostic, himself having a religious experience – “In Israel, even this agnostic can glimpse the eternal.”? Is Bolt’s choice a cynical and deliberate act, to dismantle Christianity and Islam as merely being false diversions from the one true religion in Talmudic Judaism?
Why doesn’t Cardinal Pell slap this blasphemy from Bolt down? Why doesn’t the Catholic Church, or is that the Judeo-Catholic Church, say something about this absurdity from Bolt? Stand up for your and our faith Pell. Theologically and historically Bolt has everything completely arse about. And it doesn’t surprise me at all to see other White Nationalists despise Christianity, seeing it as Judaism by proxy when the #1 mainstream, so called conservative, columnist comes out with absolute ahistorical and theological idiocy like this.
Is Bolt even aware of what the Talmud, of which all Jews are adherents today, says about Christ, as obscene as it is?
Where Bolt says:
“It seems an amazing co-incidence that three great religions should all think parts of Israel holy to them, and that two should have been born in a country so tiny that you could fit it into Tasmania four times over.” does he have any idea at all, does he even understand Judaism? That Judaism was born with Abraham, and that Abraham was born in Ur, Babylon (Iraq for Bolt to understand)? Israel was a promise, not the place of birth. Israel was handed to the Jews through bloody invasion and conquest, at God’s behest and command. Does Bolt even read the Old Testament? Farrrrrrr out, it is maddening to see this idiocy. It is so thoroughly infuriating. What the fuck happened to my nation that this idiot Bolt is the preeminent “conservative” columnist!?
“IT’S CHRISTMAS and I’m in Jerusalem. And already I feel awkward.” So you should you complete galoot. The blind are truly leading the blind.
Update:
In my anger I forgot to pay particular attention to this statement: “It’s really the birthplace of just one religion, Judaism.”
That is categorical. Judaism is the true faith, the true religion. Christianity is merely an offshoot that wasn’t born in Israel. Unbelievable.

Early Jews/Christians meeting in synagogues:
Act 5:17 Then the high priest rose up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with indignation,
Act 5:18 And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison.
Act 5:19 But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,
Act 5:20 Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.
Act 8:1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.
Act 8:3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.
Act 8:4 Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.
Act 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
Yeah those Jews just loved Christians. After all, they were Jews too.
January 9, 2012 at 4:28 pm
Who paid for this trip?
January 9, 2012 at 5:10 pm
I’d like to know too Cam. Every year when he comes back from his Christmas break he cites all the books he read and recommends. Without fail at least 80% of them are written by Jews, about Jews, or something to do with the jewish holocaust.
Bolt is being disingenuous (at the least) to castigate white or whatever Aboriginals for claiming an Aboriginal identity. How dare he presume to lecture White Australians on what it is to be Australian, and that we are just some ideal democratic state there for any race to come and plunder, so long as they worship democracy.
All the while he says these things he pumps and pushes for Israel and Jews. The only nation on earth strictly preserved for a racial, religious and cultural group – the Jews. Nothing else matters to him, all else should disintegrate and assimilate – except the Jews.
January 9, 2012 at 5:36 pm
So von Manstein’s ‘Lost Victories’ wasn’t on his reading list?
Odd, you’d think that someone who is so keen to send diggers into battle would be brushing up on their military history.
January 9, 2012 at 5:39 pm
Little did any Digger know that the greater glory wasn’t for God, Queen and Country but – Israel!!
January 9, 2012 at 5:37 pm
Bolt says:
“It’s nothing at all to do with something spiritual in the water, of which there’s so little that the Jordon River seems more like a creek.
It’s really the birthplace of just one religion, Judaism. ”
The Bible says:
Mark 1:9-11
King James Version (KJV)
9And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
10And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:
11And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Is Bolt this unread? Or is he having a deliberate crack at Christians. He mentions the Jordan, and then says that it’s the birthplace of “just one religion, Judaism.”
Do Jews believe in the baptism by St John the Baptist of Jesus the Christ? Do Jews believe that the heavens opened and God said “Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased”?
What the hell game is Bolt playing at? Is he just this brainwashed, this stupid, this fixated on Israel that he is unaware that he is totally eradicating Christianity as a valid religion? He is here stating that Christianity is a false religion, so much so there is only one religion, Judaism.
I am floored.
January 9, 2012 at 5:47 pm
I’m just fucking enraged.
I keep imagining diggers out on patrol getting shredded to pieces by IED’s, writhing with pain in the Afghani dirt, their mates around urging them to hold on while they wait for the medivac.
Then this smug cunt on his fucking sightseeing tour around that ‘shitty little country’ no doubt subsidized by his backers.
January 9, 2012 at 5:51 pm
What an evil little worm he is.
“Smug cunt”. Yep, Bolt to a tee.
No doubt he’s over there overseeing the US build up for the bombing raid on Iran.
“Come on Ozzies, come die for Israel! The one true race, whoops, I mean faith! Let all people come to your corporation, I mean, nation, so that they may assimilate. Let them assimilate, and you fight for democracy and the Jews.”
January 9, 2012 at 6:05 pm
The traditional Catholic dogma is this: the Jews were called back to the path, as instructed by Christ, God’s one and only son. The Jews rejected their faith and diverged from it.
The Catholic Church is now and then Israel, in body and spirit.
The Jews of today are descended from the very same Jews who rejected their faith by rejecting Christ.
To say Jesus was a Jew is disingenuous at best and a distortion to the point of confusing falsehood at worst.
January 9, 2012 at 6:41 pm
OT, what a rag the Terror is.
“JOEL Monaghan has touched down in Sydney for his first game of rugby league on Australian soil since his shameful lewd act with a dog.”
Just leave the fella alone you News Ltd cunts.
January 9, 2012 at 7:52 pm
But wait there’s more:
See how I hinted that although I’ll be in Bethlehem on Christmas, I’m not really a Christian? I’ve done it a bit when outlining our holiday plans to friends. I’m not much fussed to be mistaken for the usual Australian kind of Christian, but Israel seems to reduce faiths to elementals, I’ve noticed on past visits. The Jews are more Jewish, the visiting Christians more Christian and the Muslims more… well, let’s leave it there. And I certainly don’t want to seem more Boltish. But when I deny, I hear each time as if it were yesterday Cardinal George Pell growl I’m ‘living off the fat’ of Christianity. I’m afraid he’s right. But I shall at least be showing my three children the pantry.
From Bolt’s Spectator column.
Pell is right. Bolt is living off the fat of Christianity and deriding it at the same time. Bolt will sure make a good Jew.
January 9, 2012 at 8:09 pm
I slipped off to church this morning to hear my 13-year-old read a particularly improving passage of scripture at her school’s carol service. I’m glad she’s getting the stuff from somewhere. As I listen, more proud than Christ would have felt seemly, I wonder how fair the Gospel writers were to frame Herod the Great for baby-killing. It’s not that they didn’t have enough real sins to heap on this wife-killer and filicide, or enough reason to cut him some slack in his miserable last days, his body stinking with rot and his scrotum burst open with gangrene and worms. I’m suffering mortification myself, since I’ve rushed to the church still overheated from my tennis. Patches of sweat are showing on my shirt. There I go again — procrastinating when I should be contemplating higher things.
•••
The readings give a bit of geography of Israel. I didn’t realise Bethlehem, King David’s birthplace and thus by Christian necessity also that of Jesus of Nazareth, was quite that close to Jerusalem. I’ll be able to check that out on Christmas Day, when I take my family to watch the pilgrims there. It’s in what is now Palestinian territory, behind a checkpoint, which will make it seem much further from Jerusalem that it was even for a shepherd boy 3,000 years ago, walking the rocky distance in sandals.
“thus by Christian necessity also that of Jesus”?
“Palestinian territory, behind a checkpoint” and this was the Muslims’ fault?
“I wonder how fair the Gospel writers were to frame Herod the Great for baby-killing”? Fark me. Where did I hear that before? Oh right, Half Sigma the atheist Jew slagging off Christians.
What Church and what Christian school does Bolt and his children attend? Is it Catholic? Would Cardinal Pell have a quiet word in Bolt’s ear, instead of growling” that if he keeps this up he should convert to Judaism so we know exactly where he stands.
January 9, 2012 at 9:47 pm
Pretty thorough condemnation, Pat. A pity your Church won’t bring the hammer down.
There’s something wrong with our time. Everything’s so passive, so fucking feminised, poofterised. No one has the balls to stand for their beliefs.
January 9, 2012 at 10:52 pm
Little joke to lighten things up:
A Jew, a Muslim and a homosexual jump from a building to see which one would hit the ground first. Who wins?
Society.
January 9, 2012 at 10:57 pm
I prefer CVC’s term, homosexualist.
January 9, 2012 at 10:59 pm
I like it but who is CVC?
January 9, 2012 at 11:00 pm
C. Van Carter of Across Difficult Country. Surely you’ve read his blog.
January 9, 2012 at 11:01 pm
Here is his finest piece, IMO:
http://acrossdifficultcountry.blogspot.com/2005/11/arrival-friedrichshafen.html
January 9, 2012 at 11:05 pm
I think I might have heard of him. You’re a well read man Simon. You should give us your links for a post and also to add to the blogroll.
Another joke:
What’s the difference between a black Jew and a white Jew?
The black Jews have to sit at the back of the gas chamber.
January 9, 2012 at 11:09 pm
lol, that reminds me of a joke. An Italian gets on a bus in America’s South and the bus driver says “Niggers have to go to the back of the bus”. The Italian looks shocked and says “I’m not a nigger, I’m Italian.”, and the bus driver says “In that case, get off the bus!”.
I’ll get some links together.
January 9, 2012 at 11:17 pm
Not a fantastic joke but is pertinent:
“Solly meets Morrie walking down the street.
“Morrie, what’s up? You look as though the cares of the world are on your shoulders”.
“Solly, the worst thing has happened. You know my son, Lou, the best son a man ever had? He worked hard, passing all his exams in medical school. Became the best surgeon in the city. I sent him to Israel as a reward, and what happens? He comes back a goy! I’m going to the rabbi for advice”.
“Funny you should tell me this, Morrie, but you know my son, Leon? A better son wasn’t known of. Works hard, passes all his exams in law school. Graduates top of the class. Becomes the best lawyer in the country. To reward him I sent him to Israel. What happens? He comes back a goy! I’ll come to the rabbi with you”.
They go to the rabbi, tell their story and the rabbi says “Oy vey! Do I know how you feel? Mine son, Moshe, works hard, passes all his exams to become a rabbi. Becomes the best Talmudist in the country. As a prize I sent him to Israel, and he comes back a goy!”.
The three men decide to make a pilgrimage to Jerusalem to pray for God’s guidance at the Wailing Wall. They arrive at the Wall, and tell God their sad stories, when all of a sudden there’s a clap of thunder and a terrible voice booms down from the sky:
“You think you’ve got problems? I have this fine son called Jesus, he goes into the family business, I send him to Israel to become the Messiah, and you know what? He comes back a goy!”. “
January 9, 2012 at 11:20 pm
lol, good one.

The monorail is a re-occuring motif in CVC’s fiction, because of it’s affinity with homosexualists.
January 9, 2012 at 11:41 pm
Thanks mate. I’ll check the posts now.
January 9, 2012 at 11:50 pm
Did you see that it has been recommended that Sydney dismantle the monorail? What a great idea that was.
January 9, 2012 at 11:54 pm
Yeah, I gave that article a peruse. Seemed inevitable though, it’s a piece of shit. I’ve never been on it.
January 9, 2012 at 11:58 pm
It was the ride to no where.
That Across Difficult Country is rather bizarre.
January 10, 2012 at 12:03 am
lol, don’t let that deter you. The beginning of the blog has his best work, I’m afraid he’s slackened off in the past years and taken to only posting photos with cryptic commentaries, or newspaper articles.
January 9, 2012 at 11:31 pm
When do you know that Europe is fucked?
When the Popes German and the central banker is Italian.
January 9, 2012 at 11:42 pm
Kinda got that arse about hey. Very true.
January 9, 2012 at 11:37 pm
I think the Homsexualist Lobby is behind Australian Rules Football. They are spreading it to the schools of our northern states so the boys turn into queers who want to play that ghastly, scrappy wimps game. The AFL is a homsexualist conspiracy.
January 9, 2012 at 11:50 pm
AFL’s popularity is a result of multikulti though, because no White parent wants their kid playing league against fast-maturing Islanders, or scummy Lebs. In AFL, the White kid stands a chance. Putting both together though, it seems it’s a leftist diversion to destroy sport.
January 9, 2012 at 11:52 pm
Very good point.
January 10, 2012 at 12:00 am
I just cannot get into AFL.
Simon’s right though. Which shows what a dumb idea it was of the AFL to recruit Israel Folau for the GWS team. No one out here gives a shit about Israel Folau.
January 10, 2012 at 12:04 am
Maybe Hazem El-Masri would have been a better signing to excite the Western Sydney hoards?
What an indictment on white people it is that the SWPL’s prefer that poofter game over Rugby League. You even get them up here now and they’re not fucking from down south, they’re born and bred here and they prefer that fucking awful game.
January 10, 2012 at 12:08 am
Did you see the AFL’s latest recruit?
January 10, 2012 at 12:09 am
HAHAHA, I’m actually loling right now.
January 10, 2012 at 12:19 am
Ha ha, that fellas a classic. Apparently he’s autistic and just does disaster weather report warnings and publishes them to youtube.
January 10, 2012 at 12:26 am
Can’t wait until he covers the quake that tips California into the sea.
January 10, 2012 at 12:09 am
They should put a team on the East coast of the US, those pillow biters would lap the shit up.
January 10, 2012 at 12:27 am
The blog header reminds me of the m5 tunnel…the horror…
January 10, 2012 at 12:33 am
Car on the wrong side of the road too.
Simon, here’s some reading for you. re the Orthodox Church and anti-semitism.
Maybe someone should bring it to Bruce Charlton’s attention.
Choice quote:
to call anti-Semitism a single thing and to discuss it outside of historical context is to deal wrongly with the historical record. He also rightly points out that anti-Semitism often stems from intolerance within Judaism itself.

January 10, 2012 at 12:53 am
A good article, apart from the defensive stance assumed by the author.
Ah, yes, bgc. As you say, an admirable fellow. But as he tries to progress, he seems to be continuously running into a wall. I can’t see him getting past it.
BTW, I’m nothing more than the crudest Protestant atm. Just me and my KJV.

Hahaha, he does look like him. See the Steelers were knocked out by TEBOW today. Hilarious. Man, I hope it’s a GB-Denver Super Bowl.
January 10, 2012 at 1:03 am
Yes, he was a bit too defensive with regard racism, which is a good and natural thing. Was Jesus a racist for saying to the Canaanite woman “I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” and “But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.”?
I suppose in today’s world yes. Jesus was a racist and should have faced criminal prosecution.
If it’s good for Christ then it’s good for us.
Who’s that a picture of Cam?
January 10, 2012 at 1:04 am
I’m going to have to make you feel like a prick here Simon…FFS I HAD TAPED THE GAME AND WAS ONLY UP TO THE FIRST QUARTER!
I was watching it while dropping in here to comment and figured no way either of you two will give a shit about the NFL playoffs!
lol
No worries though I’m looking forward to seeing Tebow win as it massively pisses off the leftists. Don’t tell me the score.
Fuck I just new this one had upset written all over it. Steelers have heaps of injuries.
BTW, Roethlisberger is the same height, weight and age as me. Think my salary’s a bit higher though.
January 10, 2012 at 1:09 am
I assume you’ve both read what will happen if Tebow wins the Superbowl?
If Tebow wins the Super Bowl, against all odds, it will buoy his faithful, and emboldened faithful can do insane things, like burning mosques, bashing gays and indiscriminately banishing immigrants.
January 10, 2012 at 1:13 am
Ah, fuck me, sorry mate! I assumed anyone who knew of Roethlisberger would’ve heard of the result, lol. It was a fucking good game though.
I’m also keen to see Tebow go all the way, for the same reasons.
January 10, 2012 at 1:17 am
Do any parts of the bible jump out at you Simon? I love Paul’s letters and Ecclesiastes is really good stuff on the Old Testament side.
I reckon that St. Paul whoulda been a good drinker and a great talker, a real funny bastard. He’s the highlight for me. Of course the modern lefties hate him as they think he ‘perverted’ Jesus’ message. Of course the lefties are assuming they now more about Jesus’ message than a relgous genius of his own time did. Arrogant pricks.
January 10, 2012 at 8:24 pm
Haven’t got that far into it yet mate. I might pull it out and give what you recommended a read, though.
January 10, 2012 at 1:14 am
Do any parts of the bible jump out at you Simon? I love Paul’s letters and Ecclesiastes is really good stuff on the Old Testament side.

Don’t forget Tebow 316.

I’ve completely fucked the comment flow on this thread, sorry Hannagan:
Why do I keep Fucking Up
January 11, 2012 at 1:57 pm
That is categorical. Judaism is the true faith, the true religion. Christianity is merely an offshoot that wasn’t born in Israel. Unbelievable.
Don’t all religious folk consider their religion the true religion? Jews can be(and frequently are) incredibly rude about their disbelief in Christianity, but I see no reason to fault them for merely disbelieving.
January 11, 2012 at 2:14 pm
Nothing wrong for someone to assert their religion as the one true religion, actually one should expect that. The problem here is that Bolt claims to be agnostic yet he is making statements asserting one religion over others, deriding or diminishing others.
Bolt is the son of Dutch immigrants and his daughter, from his own words above, goes to a Christian school, he himself attends Christian services. Bolt corresponds often with Catholic Cardinal George Pell. All this together would suggest that Andrew Bolt is baptised Catholic, or raised by baptised Catholics.
Or perhaps he is affiliated with some other form of Christianity. Whatever, he has a Christian background and is raising his own daughter in a Christian milieu.
What does Bolt mean: “But when I deny, I hear each time as if it were yesterday Cardinal George Pell growl I’m ‘living off the fat’ of Christianity. I’m afraid he’s right. But I shall at least be showing my three children the pantry.”
Is George Pell saying that Bolt, probably Catholic and probably sends his daughter to a Catholic school, son of migrants to a majority Anglican and Catholic White nation, has lived off that fat, yet asserts another religion as the one true faith? And still calls himself an “agnostic”.
Bolt is not asserting Talmudic Judaism (he seems to not be able to differentiate between Torah Judaism and Talmudic Judaism) from a rational perspective. He is asserting it from a religious perspective. He cannot claim to be agnostic yet maintain a religious affinity, if he wishes to be consistent.
It is quite obvious to me, knowing Bolt’s close association with Australian Jewry from his own writing, that Bolt uses his Christian/Catholic background to entitle himself to that “fat”, yet at the same time has allegiances to another religion. A religion that does not have Australia’s interests even close to its heart. That religion, Talmudic Judaism, has Israel as its #1 priority.
Andrew Bolt needs to come clean on this subject.
January 11, 2012 at 2:48 pm
True enough, I was thinking in more general terms. Bolt can best be described as a moral parasite.
January 11, 2012 at 2:53 pm
Moral parasite is a very good term for Bolt. Probably what attracts him to Talmudic Judaism.
